We offer free standard shipping for all orders. If you prefer expedited/express delivery there a a small fee. You can choose your preferred method of shipping at checkout

Processing time: We normally ship all our orders in the next business day. However, Sometimes there can be situations outside of our control, that prevent this from happening and therefore expect a dispatch time for up to 2 business days. 

We ship all our orders via Australia Post

When your order is dispatched, you will be sent a notification with the tracking details either to the email or mobile if you choose the option.

Once dispatched, we estimate the delivery times of:

  • Melbourne Metro: 1-4 business days
  • Sydney & Brisbane Metro: 2-6 business days
  • Regional (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA AND TAS): 2-8 business days
  • Western Australia & Northern Territory: 3-10 business days

Please note that regional areas can take longer for delivery.  

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We deliver to PO BOXES but not to Parcel Lockers.

 Please note that after we dispatch your order, we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays in delivery that occur which are outside of our control.

Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
